I am an American using Firefox in English but living in Germany. I have my browser language set to English, but whenever I install a Plugin it installs in German and I need it in English.

Are you aware that you have the German localization of Firefox installed?

I reinstalled an English version of Firefox and reinstalled the plugins but they're still in German.

Do you mean plugins on the Tools > Add-ons > Plugins or do you mean extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)?

Your More system details list list shows English plugins.
