Hello,

We apologize for the trouble. You may want to click Tools >> Addons and check to ensure Billeo is still enabled on the Extensions tab. If Billeo is enabled, check View >> Toolbars to confirm we're in view. If everything appears OK, but, Billeo remains out of site, please uninstall and reinstall Billeo (this will not impact your saved data).

To uninstall Billeo, click Tools >> Addons >> Uninstall (next to the Billeo listing in the Extensions tab).

Restart your browser.

Now, head over to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12715/ or www.billeo.com to download and install a fresh copy of Billeo.

Restart your browser (again) and then sign back into Billeo with your existing username and password.

Neither version of Firefox (6.0.2 or 7.0.1) allow Billeo versions (2.5.2.6 or 2.5.1.0) It all changed yesterday after Billeo automatically upgraded (to 2.5.2.6) So Firefox has to have changed something in their program as well because Billeo IS NOT COMPATABLE with Firefox. I get the same TOOLS->Add-ons-> does NOT work with these 2 and 2 programs. B April 2012
