This relates to using the file upload facility in Google Docs. It does not currently (2010-09-05 14:13 BST) work in Firefox.

When I "float" the mouse pointer around the "Select files to upload" hyperlink, the hand-pointer appears only when the mouse-pointer is above or below the link -- not on the link.

And nothing happens when I click, whether above, below, or on the link. So I still can't upload files in Firefox (it does work in IE8 and Google Chrome, but not in Firefox 3.6.8).

There were issues a while back with uploading files to Google Docs, but those should have been fixed now.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
