I need to install Firefox 3.6.7, and when I did that, I saved the file, then nothing came up.
I want to install the lastest version of Firefox - 3.6.7. When I went to download it, a popup came up, saying if I wanted to save the file - I clicked on "Save File". But nothing happened, nothing came up.
Could it be because of the parental controls my dad put on my account? For instance I can't download things without the adminstrator password.

Hello Jessica.
You're currently using version 3.6.6, so you should be able to update by just going into Help > Check for updates...
