in need windows 7 version of firefox

The last ESR available for Windows 7 is ESR 115. You can download the installer from here: https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/win64/en-US/ If you need a different build (x86 instead of x86-64) or locale, you can change it of course.

Firefox 116.0 and later including the Firefox 153 release and esr requires Windows 10, 11 to run. You could dual boot with a currently supported Linux distro to use current versions of Firefox though that is more technical.
