I want privacy, and no tracking. Are my Mozilla browsing settings already set for the best security and privacy now, or do I need to make changes?

You can set to remove all history etc. every time you close Fx effectively creating a Private window.
Under Settings and Privacy you can block all cookies, as I do, and then add a white list of sites I allow. I clear history etc. when I close Fx
