This is interesting, as v153 was actually supposed to fix some Gmail scrolling, that's why the non–standard webkit flag is shipping: firefox.com/firefox/153.0/releasenotes/#html5

Maybe if you still reproduce, and it's not caused by some extension (e.g. you can reproduce even in Troubleshoot Mode or a separate clean profile, or e.g. a separate nightly.mozilla.org download), it might be worth filing a bug for this — as it's part of the rationale why to ship that pref to start with. Thanks!
