My bank's online bill-pay option suddenly stopped working (after years of no problems). The bank's help desk said that many Firefox users are having the same problem after a recent Firefox update. So I had to switch to a different browser to pay my rent. PLease provide a fix. Thanks.

You might need to provide the URL, or submit the issue via "Report Broken Site" functionality in the browser menu.
Most likely this is a block from the bank's vendor (Akamai/Edgesuite), and it will go away in a few days. It's something they have to sort out. (The magic phrase when speaking to a bank representative is "adding unrecognized device" and similar.)
