Mozilla VPN freezes when opened, locks my computer so bad I have to reboot.

Every other day or so VPN attempts to connect to my chosen location and just freezes. Cannot connect, tries to verify connection, and then just hangs. I can't close it, even with Task Manager. I have to reboot my computer (win 10) and that takes 4 minutes and 40 seconds - I timed it. It makes me not want to use the VPN. I have tried asking VPN for recommended sites and even after trying them it still won't connect.

Very Frustrating. Not worth paying for if I can't connect.

Also frustrating that I cannot contact support directly but must use this forum. The "make contact " box in the app will not work either.

You must have missed the Mozilla VPN product on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new
