accidentally deleted my profile. How can I restore it so I can have access to all my email and addresses???

Have been using Thunderbird for years. Tried to set it up so my wife could also use it but the profile was the same as mine so when I deleted her profile, it also deleted mine and now I do not have access. How can I recover my profile so I can have access to all my previous emails and email addresses??? Also, since I cannot access the profile it will not open the app menu so I do not have access to the version.
