To change the location of a Mozilla VPN server, do this : Open Mozilla VPN, then Click Select location. After that, choose the server. Recommended chooses the most suitable one for you. All servers lets you select what server you want.

dessertdish, this question was likely about the built-in VPN in desktop Firefox staring Fx 149.0 and not about the separate subscription based Mozilla VPN app.

Starting in Fx 151.0 you should be able to change location to Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States which is also where the built-in VPN has been rolled out.
