from nowhere, i can´t open my colleague emails.
From no where, my colleague who sends me many emails each days, just stay on "loading". If i open it in "new Window" i can read. But it will not load in the first page in my thunderbird app.
I have cleaned my computer for more space, i have deleted all in my trashbin, updated the application, deleted thunderbird and downloaded it again but nothing works.
It is only his email that all of sudden doesn´t work...

First, let me state that I have no solution to offer. But, I do have a suggestion: try accessing your mail from your online account to see if there are difficulties there as well. What you're describing seems a specific issue from that person's email server.
