Hi If you install Firefox for Android again from the Google Play store and sign into Firefox Sync, your bookmarks should be synced back from your laptop.

If you are paranoid, go ahead and make a '''backup''' on your laptop. The JSON-format files includes what you see under Mobile Bookmarks.
