Unable to log into SSA since the update (it seems however since you are changing this weekly or hourly it seems sometimes I do not know what the version was when I logged in last) I am at 144.0 and can log in without an issue using Chrome. How can this be fixed? From what I can tell it seems to not allow a return from server when you click on LOGIN on SSA <ssa.gov/myaccount/> I can get in with out a problem using Chrome. Please let me know what the fix is.

Hello,

Just to check if the issue is caused by an extension or other setting, please can you try logging in with Troubleshooting mode enabled?

If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode from the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button Fx57Menu, click Help, select Troubleshoot Mode and click Restart in the "Restart Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?" dialog that opens.

If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
  • On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)

When the Firefox Troubleshoot Mode window appears, select "Open".

If the issue is not present in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.

To exit Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again. (If you can't exit Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, please see Firefox is stuck in Troubleshoot Mode).

Let me know when you have tried this and we can troubleshoot from there.

This was ineffective answer as there was no change to what happens. I can only guess that this is possibly a problem that has been created with multiple upgrades every week. Please answer what the problem might be. Now I have to use a different browser to access SSA. If you can not find a jumping off place then as much as I would dislike it I will need to use another browser.

What exactly happens? When I click Sign in, https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.action successfully loads for me. Does the issue appear later?
