Return Receipt and Delivery Status Notification
Although they are selected "Return Receipt and Delivery Status Notification" don't work!
Delivery Status is up to receiver decision but "Return Receipt" should be returned at all time??

Return receipt is at the control of the receiver of the message or the receiver's server. There is no assurance of this.
