I have installed "proton mail". All the Thunderbird online mails have been able to be transferred to "Proton" by "proton mail bridge". My question is: how to export the local saved folders and emails and then import them into "Proton Mail" online folders?

Uploading to IMAP is problematic, as IMAP was never designed for high volumen uploads. I suggest creating a manual filter that selects all messages in a folder and COPIES (not moves) to an online folder. Don't delete the local copies until you verify that the copy was successful.
