Hi Buckwad, is it the small "stub" installer? You could try a full installer: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/ The browser you posted with says it is Firefox 140.0. If that's the one you're trying to update, it seems to be updated. But if Firefox still thinks you need to update, that probably means the installer didn't clean up properly after itself and there are some files on disk that need to be cleared out.
