You can't revert to previous editions. The only last resort is to uninstall all of Firefox browser and delete the mozilla folder to insure there nothing to cause installation issue. Then reinstall FF 137.0.0 if that's what you want but it will keep notifying to update to latest Firefox browser version. As to the Data, logins and profile saves - they could transfer or not depending if they were successfully backup using Firefox FAQ on how to do that.
