I purchased "Lifetime Video DownloadHelper" Sept 15, 2024 for $28.50. I installed it for the first time May 10, 2023 in/on Firefox and enjoyed it until it stopped working a few months ago. Please help me retrieve my purchase registration number?
I purchased "Lifetime Video DownloadHelper" Sept 15, 2024 for $28.50. I installed it for the first time May 10, 2023 in/on Firefox and enjoyed it until it stopped working a few months ago. Can someone help me retrieve my purchase info like registration number and help me learn how to get it to work as it did for the last 6 months? It seemed to run only (or best) on Firefox my preferred Browser.
Video DownloadHelper icon still appears in Firefox, but is shaded (colors no longer show) and indicates no media present.
I have reinstalled "Video DownloadHelper" several times to no avail.
Please do what you can to help me get "Lifetime Video DownloadHelper" working again. It has helped me to gather some wonderful music (and many other kinds of videos).
