I use Latest version of Win 11 and Firefox. My tracking setting of firefox for many years has been enhanced or strict. Previously only Firefox would allow me to search Ancestry , select something I wanted to download to my online tree. Lately I am unable to download such items; Ancestry flagging that there is a problem. On contacting them they advise to try another browser. O trying Firefox to Google to Ancestry. It works. But Norton is racking up cookies. Any ideas much appreciated. I am not PC expert and have a touch of dementia. Thanks. Derek W
