Imported MBOX file and no labels

Hi!

I recently imported an MBOX file into Thunderbird's Local Folder, but the thing is that there are no folders or labels, all emails are under a single folder and I can't see typical Gmail folders like All, Spam, Sent, etc... there are also no labels or tags.

I know for a fact that the labels and tags are in the file, since using the MBOX Viewer app shows them.

What can I do?

I don't disagree. Thunderbird sets up a Gmail account by using the labels as presented from the account. It does not create the account by taking the AllMail folder and then creating the other folders from it. What you are asking is a conversion process that is not in Thunderbird.

My guess is you created an mbox from the AllMail folder. To have separate folders as you desire, you need to import the message folders individually, such as inbox, sent, etc.

Yes, that's what I thought at first but on the MBOX Viewer app all custom labels and folders are there and working
