Ctrl makes everything shrink
I had this exact same issue and solved it using the exact same process. But it's kind of annoying not knowing why it happens. Does anyone have any clue?

You can press Ctrl and scroll to make the website larger or smaller, this is not a bug.

If you read the issue linked you’ll see it has nothing to do with that
