I'm using version 115.6.1 of Thunderbird. With older versions there was an add-on to sort accounts. Is there any way with this version to sort my accounts?

I am not sure what you mean by sorting accounts. Are you referring to their order of appearance in left side bar?

Open Account Settings and reorder the accounts in the left pane by drag and drop.
