My autofill has just started to show an email address of someone I do not know. Nobody else has used my device. Why might it be there? Is it a security concern?

You should do a cache/history clearing to insure nothing is being cached or stored. And since we don't know what or where your seeing that email only the person whom used the computer would be the one to input it in. But if this is a online email then only the user would have to input that email online to remember it.
