I get my internet thru Breezeline.com. I use Thunderbird for my emails for myself and husband =-separate email account. I lost connection to thunderbird. I cannot write any emails. I don't understand the settings for SMTP or that kind of stuff so how do i get my emails up and running again.

Hello there monicah12 We have read your message we try to help you.

Do you guys still having internet? and connection. Important is that Thunderbird software is running. On your computer system.

The option is that you can reinstall the the software without lost. without losing files stored on your PC machine in folders in certain places like the profile folder.

Try to delete the existing app from thunderbird . Reinstall the new version that I’m going to send you guys.

How is the situation at the moment? Also we can go to the settings of your Smtp. And fill in them correctly.
