Thunderbird & Windows 7 Computer with Outlook Email
Is it possible to replace windows Outlook Email on my Windows 7 Computer and keep my current email address? I need to stay with Windows 7. I'm using an older Version of SoftPlan drafting software that suits my needs that is not compatible in a computer running Windows 8 or beyond. Not fond of Google and would switch to Foxfire if needed.

Thunderbird works okay on Windows 7 and many persons with Outlook accounts use Thunderbird. I hope that is the information you were seeking.
My question was not specifically answered. Can I move to Thunderbird on my Windows 7 computer and then eliminate Outlook from my computer while keeping my same email address?
Yes. set up the account in thunderbird and then you can delete the outlook client.
