Firefox update 102.3.0esr (32-bit) error
Hi, upon booting the latest ESR update I'm encountering multiple error messages warning that:
"The procedure entry point _o_memset could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-private-l1-1-0.dll."
What could cause that error, is it a known problem, and is a fix available ? I'm running the ESR under Windows 7 x64.

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation.

You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.
Visual C++ installations did not solve the multiple error messages "procedure entry point _o_memset could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-private-l1-1-0.dll" consequent to Firefox update 102.3.0esr (32-bit). Neither Google Chrome nor MS Edge are affected by this error.
Any other ideas as to a solution ?
