Can't buy OWL license
I wanted to purchase an OWL domain license for 10 users through the OWL page
I filled in the information. The OWL page showed that the amount is 80 + VAT ~96€
When I went to pay, the bank showed me the amount of 95.20 and I could not change it. This amount probably came from the OWL page.
I confirmed the payment and when I got back to the OWL page I got an error message that my paid amount is less than 96 and the payment failed. I tried 3 times but the result is the same. The amounts were still withdrawn from the bank 3 times, but the desired license was not obtained. I also wrote to OWL support, but there has been no response. Things are getting suspicious. There is no phone number on the website to call.
So I decided to write to the support of Thunderbird as an OWL partner. Maybe you can contact them.
I hope OWL is not a SCAM

No, OWL is not a scam and many people use it. OWL is a separate organization and you need to work with them on your issue.
OK. I understand that many people use etc. But I have sent them several letters but have not received a reply. The payment has gone from my bank, but I haven't received the license. If you have any other contacts for them (besides owl.support@beonex.com) I would appreciate it.
You might try their website at beonex dot com as there is a contact page there. I have subscribed to their addons in the past and received good support, so I am surprised. Good luck.
