You can only do that on the desktop browser and import the bookmarks from DDG browser to Mozilla Browser. Then open the Mozilla Browser application on your phone and the bookmarks should be synced with the desktop Mozilla Browser, using the same email registered account.

Many thanks for your helpful and quick response. Unfortunately, the bookmarks are on my phone. And DDG does not sync across devices. Therefore, I cannot use my computer to complete your suggestion.

It is currently not possible to import bookmarks from another browser into Firefox for Android on device.

Then you would need to do it manually by exporting the bookmark from your phone to a HTML file and copy it to your desktop. After that, you can use the Firefox's import HTML feature to move the bookmarks to desktop Mozilla browser. Once imported, the bookmarks will appear on your android Mozilla browser with the same account.
