Login help
My hard drive at home crashed. I attempted to login at work using my existing home account. My home email and password were-accepted and I was sent an authorization code to my home account email which I accessed at work. I entered the authorization code as instructed but still was not permitted to login. I was then sent another authorization code but still could not login. I am back at home now with a new hard drive trying to log in less than 24 hours after trying to login at work. Firefox now says the password is invalid. What is going on please? PS I am using a work account email and password that I just now created to be able to ask this question but I am on my home pc Thank you

Can you login to the Firefox account via this web page?
I'm not sure I explained myself well. I wanted to retrieve my original firefox account after my hard drive crashed. Yesterday I was at work at a different IP address. I attempted to login to firefox using the email and password associated with my original account. i entered my email and password and I was sent an authorization code to my email. I entered the authorization code but Firefox still did not allow entry into my account. I then requested another code and got the same result. No entry. I assumed because I was at a different IP address other than my home location that is why I was refused entry to my account. Today, back at home I have a new hard drive. I used the same email and password but Firefox said the password was invalid. Am I locked out of my account and if so why did Firefox say it was an invalid password instead of telling me I am locked out of my account? Thank you The account I am using now is a new account using a different email and password so I might ask this question.
