Hi.

Is here a way to access desktop's bookmarks on Android w/o this long path: Bookmarks -> Desktop Bookmarks -> Bookmarks Toolbar -> my_bookmarks

Why it is impossible to get them as it is in Chrome: Bookmarks -> my_bookmarks ?

Hi

If you save bookmarks to the Mobile Bookmarks folder in Firefox for desktop, they will appear at the higher level in Firefox for Android.

I hope that this helps.

Hi Seburo. No, adding bookmarks to Mobile Bookmarks doesn't solve inconvenience. If added to Mobile Bookmarks, it can be accessed easily from desktop.

I am sorry, I am not sure what you mean. You can access all your bookmarks in the desktop copy of Firefox from the bookmarks menu.

Seburo,

Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks (new window) -> Mobile Bookmarks -> my_bookmarks

It is not the same comfy as just accessing my_bookmarks on top of browser top. :)

The alternative is to add the bookmarks you use often as top sites on the Firefox for Android home screen - there is space for 16 sites.

Thank you Seburo for trying to help. I appreciate it.

As a conclusion: Accessing the same (synced) bookmarks on desktop and mobile requires additional clicks on desktop or mobile.

Accessing toolbar bookmarks on Android: Bookmarks -> Desktop Bookmarks -> Bookmarks Toolbar -> my_bookmarks

Or, if you moved them to Mobile Bookmarks to easy accessing on mobile, it became "pain" on desktop: Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks (new window) -> Mobile Bookmarks -> my_bookmarks

Yes, that is correct.
