We are trying to log in on a phone. When we request an authorization code, it emails a code to use. When we enter it on the phone it says"invalid authorization code". We have tried multiple times yesterday and today.

Please can you try just once an wait for the email to come through? There may be a short delay, but if you try multiple times you requests and the codes may overlap.
