Printing cutting off right and left edges

more options

Hi,

When printing from a webpage we use to generate receipts for payment the pages are coming out with the edges cut off. I am not having this issue in EDGE.

My current workaround is to PRINT to PDF and print from ADOBE PDF which works. However, we are hoping we can get Firefox to print the page without cutting off the right and left edges. I tinkered in some of the about:config printer settings and everything anyone has suggested that I have gotten from a quick google search seems to be configured correctly.

Any suggestions? I cannot provide an example due to it being a payment receipt for healthcare services.

Thank you!

We have a similar issue with Firefox cutting off content on the edges. I can provide example photos:

Printed with any other browser: https://prnt.sc/1bg4ul2 Printed using Firefox: https://prnt.sc/1bg5vkx

Notice that when printed with Firefox the borders print just fine on the page and are unaffected, but the text cuts off for no apparent reason. The issue just started yesterday. I spent most of today tracing the source of the issue directly to Firefox. The problem doesn't occur in any other browser/software. We haven't changed any software or settings on our PCs or in Firefox, so I have no idea why it started.

All of our computers use Firefox with all of the same settings, and Firefox "user". Yet, for some reason, this only happens on a select few computers. I've re-installed Firefox with the factory settings on those computers, yet the problem persists.

I'd rather not have to change browsers in our office. Any assistance would be appreciated.
