Yesterday Go Daddy upgraded to a outlook online format. My Thunderbird worked perfectly until then. I had about 15 subfolders that are on the imap server (I know this because I installed Gmail client via imap on GoDaddy. Thunderbird is also missing some of the ordinary folders also. I cannot remove Thunderbird completely. when I reinstall, email account is already there even after uninstalling the account, all files, and then uninstalling Tbird. Go Daddy says I need to completely reinstall Tbird. I have done this 3-4 times. Still no subfolders. Those folders show up on every app except Thunderbird. I even tried uninstalling all mentions of Thunderbird on the registry. I don't like outlook cloud. Help! Never had any issues with Tbird until the migration of email on GoDaddy.

Go to Account Settings, select the account then at the bottom-left, click Account Actions -> Remove Accounts. You can then add the account afresh using the correct settings.

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., Refresh. Are the missing folders listed and unchecked (not subscribed)?
