I am trying to install for Windows (using Firefox).

When I go to vpn.mozilla.org and click "Try Mozilla VPN" I am redirected to an auth page, which I can submit successfully. Then it redirects back to vpn.mozilla.org and I am not logged in. This happens whether I enter my credentials manually or they autopopulate because I'm signed into Firefox.

It appears to make it so that I can't download the app for Windows.

Same behavior if I have various tracking protection levels or if I sign in from a Private window.

Were you able to sign up for Mozilla VPN? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Please also try disabling any add-ons you have installed.

You can also try to connect with the Mozilla VPN team directly.

If you have an active subscription:

Log into your account at https://accounts.firefox.com, click manage next to Subscriptions, and click support.
