I am looking forward to this service and in the meantime using Mullvad, I am just very curious what a rough estimate would be for the Launch in Europe?

Mozilla VPN is currently available in the UK. I am unable to provide a timeline on expansion for other countries, but you can sign up and join the waitlist to be notified once it's available for your country: https://vpn.mozilla.org/vpn/invite
