Hi all,

My emails were regularly being sent to junk and it seemed to be my webhosting service. So I switched to Google's G Suite service to prevent issues like this from happening again. It took a while, but I got Thunderbird back up and working again with the Google servers, but have started receiving notice from my recipients that my emails are going to their junk folders. So it seems like Thunderbird is the culprit.

I have "Send message in both plain text and HTML" selected. I have an HTML signature, which includes a link to my LinkedIn page and a logo for my business.

Not sure if any of that matters. If you have insight into what's been happening, please let me know.

Take care, Andrew

Your messages go to their junk folders because of the filters applied by their mail providers. Signatures with links and remote images often trigger junk filters, so I suggest you ask your recipients to whitelist or unblock your messages, possibly by adding you to their webmail contacts.
