Update Signature through Add-on
I have been assigned a task to update the user signature in Thunderbird by getting data from an external API call, does Thunderbird allows calling external API and update signature from the add-on? I am unable to find any documentation or link, or is there any other way to achieve this? Kindly guide me in the right direction, Thank you.
