I'm having an issue with saved logins on my mobile. When i acces Settings / Logins and passwords and tap Saved logins nothing happends. I am connected on the same account as on my laptop, sync logins is on. Tried the same thing on anothed android mobile phone and when tapping Saved logins the fingerprint is requored and than i can access the feature. On the device with the problem no password or fingerprint is asked from me, on tap the menu is highlighted and that is all, i can not acces it. Any ideas?

Hi Cristian

Assuming you have included user credentials in your Firefox Sync settings:

  1. On your desktop, go to about:preferences#sync
  2. Tap Synchronise Now
  3. Wait a short while, then turn on your mobile device and open Firefox for Android. You should see your credentials are in place and ready to be used.

I hope this helps.

Hi Seburo,

My user credentials in Firefox Sync settings are both setup on my android device and also on my windows laptop. Bookmarks, history and open tabs are synced and visible on my Firefox for Android, but not my logins and passwords. I have tried to logout and to login again on both devices (mobile and laptop), cleared Firefox for Android cache app memory, did sync account both on mobile and laptop, nothing seems to work. For a couple of years I have used this feature and did not have any problems, everything started to occur about 2 weeks ago when the app was updated both on my laptop and android device. I can see them fine on my windows laptop but not anymore on my Firefox for Android. I think this is a security issue because as I said before on another mobile device that is connected to a secondary account where everything works fine, as I enter settings/logins and passwords/saved logins an authentication is requested, fingerprint or password, and upon serving it you can enter the saved logins submenu. On the mobile device with the issue as I want to enter the saved logins submenu the title highlights when i press it but nothing happens.
