thunderbird receives raw email
Hello!
I have an email installed in the thunderbird client and when I receive emails from a specific account, the content appears in plain text
even the electronic signature disappears.
the account from which plain text emails are received comes from an outlook client.
This happened 2-3 days ago.

I'm not sure I understand your problem.
If a sender sends a message in plain text, then this is what you get. There's no way around it.
If the message has been sent in HTML, make sure you view messages in HTML.
