Firefox does not sync add-ons and themes
Hi all.. Firefox is not syncing add-ons and themes between 2 laptops.
In laptop A (Win 10) I have deleted / added some add-ons but they were not synced to my laptop B (Linux Mint). Also in laptop B, I changed the theme but it was not synced to laptop A. It is not even shown on the list of available themes.

Hi aldenchevez, In the article How do I choose what types of information to sync on Firefox? it says that "Add-ons for the desktop version of Firefox cannot be synchronized with the mobile versions of Firefox." Could this be your issue?

Hi, thanks for your answer. This would not be my issue, since I'm trying to Sync for both desktop versions, Windows 10 and Linux Mint.

Double-check your Sync Settings on both laptops. (I'm not too sure about Themes.) Refer to this article: How do I choose what types of information to sync on Firefox? Then perform a Sync Now.

Hi I have previously checked the settings and I have selected to sync everything.
I don't think that you can sync extensions between different platforms as it is possible that the extension isn't compatible.

the extensions work if I install them manually, they are just not syncing when I modify in one side
I have two windows 10 Laptops, with the up to date firefox version. But my addons , passwords and themes in fact nothing seems to sync.
Validations done: 1) In my manage accounts both the laptops are reflecting. 2) Firefox is up to date on both the laptops. 3) I have checked all option in the sync settings, (i.e) sync all data.

Please start your own support thread rather than hi-jacking another user's thread; a user with a different issue than you have (where Sync isn't doing anything for you).
