No, my question was in general. What I need is just to disable all pop-up blockers in Firefox for Android.

On Firefox for Android, you may try this:

Type about:config with a : in the Location (address) bar Search dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to false

To enable the popup blocker again just toggle above preference back to true.

I can't access the settings menu. When I type about:config in the location bar, what I see as a result is a series of sites and pages dealing about how to do it, but no way to enter a menu in order to change the settings.

Are you sure you typed it with a : Colon and not a period ?

I tried in two different ways : 1) about:config 2) about:config: In both cases the result was the same.
