outlook.com email not composing emails
have had an issue for the last 2 months that I was hoping would have been fixed through Mozilla Firefox updates but hasn't.
About 2 out 3 times I click to reply to an email I get this come up above the email (pic 1)
When that comes up, the email will not send as though an error has occurred with the reply right from the start. The error that comes up when I have typed my reply and press send (pic 2)
It happens to ALL senders so it is not linked to one addressee or when certain programmes are running. It even doesn't matter if I have cleared the browser cache and cookies etc. Doesn't matter what time of day or internet traffic and my computer itself has been checked recently and has no issues. Firefox is the ONLY browser that does it so now, I have to open Edge to send emails and do everything else with Firefox. I don't like using Edge and I refuse to use Chrome. So why is it that Firefox is doing it? It is up to date (pic 3).
Outlook has already said it is not their issue and to contact Firefox

What does the more say did you read that part in the second screenshot.
The "more"? Whenever I click for details on the second part, it opens the email with the same error at the top and still won't send. It's a circular error
If i could work out how to contact mozilla support I would ask them but I can't find out how
