From the start of the file (PK) it looks like this is a compressed ZIP-file, which is appended to your e-mail. Maybe you have specified a wrong filename as signature for your messages? Check under Tools > Account Settings > [account name]. You probably have specified a file there under Attach the signature from a file instead…
