See : http://windowsproblemshelpcenter.blogspot.com/2014/12/remove-nielsennetsightnetratings.html Would you please do this : 3-bar menu => Add-ons => Extensions and remove that "Nielsen NetSight" Then run all the malware scans that are listed in this article : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As for the Garmin Connect Login page - it displayed immediately for me when I used this URL : https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/signin If, after removing that dodgy extension, it still doesn't work for you, maybe you could disable "McAfee® WebAdvisor" to see if that will make a difference. Thanks for your reply, I disabled McAfee® WebAdvisor add-on and the login window appeared on the Garmin Connect login web page. Further, I downloaded Malwarebytes and did a scan, no issues were detected.
