I have been using Firefox for years to login to Garmin Connect with no problems, now all of a sudden the login window on the login page of Garmin Connect is not displaying. I have tried Microsoft Edge and the login window displays and I'm able to login.

I have tried to add screenshot images but they won't upload.

Hello Ozerider,

This may or may not have anything to do with it, but your system details show that there is this extension installed : "Nielsen NetSight 4.0.18", which is malware ....

See : http://windowsproblemshelpcenter.blogspot.com/2014/12/remove-nielsennetsightnetratings.html

Would you please do this :

3-bar menu => Add-ons => Extensions and remove that "Nielsen NetSight"

Then run all the malware scans that are listed in this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware

As for the Garmin Connect Login page - it displayed immediately for me when I used this URL :

https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/signin

If, after removing that dodgy extension, it still doesn't work for you, maybe you could disable "McAfee® WebAdvisor" to see if that will make a difference.

Any luck  ?

Thanks for your reply, I disabled McAfee® WebAdvisor add-on and the login window appeared on the Garmin Connect login web page.

Further, I downloaded Malwarebytes and did a scan, no issues were detected.
