Hi, How to retrieve the gmail password which is already logged-in in FFQ, but not showing in remembered password list? I have logged with my another gmail ID & later using add account option, I had logged to the one which is not in the list. Unfortunately, I was using my mobile for authentication approval & was in gmail app, I had to format the mobile due to technical problem & I lost the password retrieval option. Recently I changed the password & now unable to recollect neither the gmail password, nor the recovery mail ID password.(gmx) After formatting my mobile, still the browser is logged in with my gmail account. But unable to view the password, since it shows in the list "never saved", now I am afraid of logging-out from the mail as it could stop me logging-in & will lose all chances of seeing the mails. Kindly help.

You can try the following:

  1. Open a Private Browsing window in Firefox
  2. Go to the Google Accounts page
  3. Click the green lock icon in the Firefox address bar
  4. Click the right arrow from the drop down that appears
  5. Click More Information
  6. Select View Saved Passwords

If you see the account that you want in that window, click the Show Passwords button and you will be able to see the password in plain text.

If you don't see the account, then the password was not saved to your system. If this is the case, you will need to visit the Google support website for further assistance, since there is no way to see the password if it was not saved in Firefox.

Hope this helps.
