I have always logged into my GoDaddy account through my bookmarks in Firefox. This past Thursday, I was able to use live chat through Discord but couldn't log into any sites at all.

I thought it was something to do with my internet.

Now, this Sunday night, I spent an hour with a GoDaddy rep and we checked everything. I CAN log into GoDaddy through Chrome and Explorer but not through FireFox.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what has change? Have I done something?

I have always used Firefox and no issues.

I'm not very skilled with computers and I desperately need this fixed as soon as possible because, GoDaddy hosts my email, etc. for my business.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi, any error messages please  ??

Tracking Protection

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tracking-protection

There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

If running one of the above you may have to go to their community forum for a work around.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
