Since i installed 64 bit version of firefox (don't know why but it updated automatically from 32 to 64 version), all settings, bookmarks, and extensions vanishes everytime i restart the browser, to be precise, not all the time, but it happens very frequently. I have to save my bookmarks in another folders because i can't find backups since it looks fresh and new when this thing happens, like it's installed for the first time. Can't do a backup of the extensions because the only extension i find for backups is not supported (32 bit only), i've seached around the net but couldn't find anyone else with this problem, i'm on windows 7 professional 64,

Did you backup your bookmark from previous to restore to the 64 version? Going from 32 to 64 changes the file program locations and anything related to 32 doesn't transfer to 64 as you might think. FF57+ has already mentioned and stated if Addons don't update for latest FF they will not work. There are plenty of problem like yours on FF forum. FF isn't responsible for failed Extensions. 32 to 64 is what it auto updates to based on your O/S version.

Maybe i explained it wrong, since english is not my native language. Now i have a 64 version of firefox, if i add a couple of bookmarks and i close firefox, when i re-open it or when i reboot my pc (not everytime but most of the times) it appears like it was freshly installed! No bookmarks no nothing, simple as that, and there's no backup, all profiles are completely empty, that's why i have to save my bookmars in a personal folder everytime i add one to prevent loosing everything.
