Please start with this KB article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support Then paste the Report ID's that have been submitted into the '''Post a Reply''' box in this thread. And for the crashes that weren't automatically submitted, click on them to send them to the reporting system; them give us the ''new'' Report ID. And don't bother with older crashes, really only need them for the last week or so since Firefox 58.0.2 was released. Maybe the last 5 reports or so.
