Soo i try going on roblox.com but it shows connection was reset, every other website works and i tried your reset cache cookies tactic too but nothing happened. Roblox.com doesn't work on chrome and internet explorer but i normally use firefox, soo i just care about a fix for firefox. Can you tell me any other way's how to fix?

It is probably not a cache or cookie issue if you have issues with alternative browsers on that site. It works for me.

It could be some security software or similar that is blocking it. Who knows maybe even some sort of parental control software?

Try these two special addresses

http://8.42.96.25
htps://8.42.96.39

Those are not clickable, you will need to copy & paste them in to the adddress bar. Does that work or at least give some error message ?

And what about the ordinary secure address this is a clickable link:

Does that work for you ok ?

I note it is a gaming site and requires signing in. So it is not something needing to be super secure you will not be paying money on the site. But it does seem to be secure anyway*.

What happened with each of those and any error messages ?
